Hi everyone!
Can a few of you tell me how to set up pay pal? I called a year or so ago, pay pal said I had to do premier to sell books, but my friend says I should just do personal and that is fine. I am cleaning out and have quite a bit to sell, but probably not a huge dollar amount.

What are the dollar and transaction limits? Anything else I need to know about setting up?

Thank you!
Susan

It's been a while since I set up, but it was fairly simple. I don't think you should worry about the dollar amounts. I use my acct to buy and sell HS books and have never run into a problem.

I've been very pleased with the service and convenience.

Thanks Deanna, do you have the "Premier" or "Personal"??

personal acct...so I can't take credit cards from people.

I have the funds pull from checking acct. And when I have a payment come in I just transfer the funds into checking.

you might get more info from more experienced users. I still have to figure things out with it.

Thank you, at least I know to set up personal! My friend says she leaves funds in her pay pal and pays from them when she buys online and doesn't involve her checking account.

Oh great, I am just setting this up.....do I want to do this? But, I think it is still cheaper than a money order, I got charged $4 for the last one I got. $60 x 2.9% is $1.74, not awful, but add shipping and box,....
