And the main thing was to establish your command with them. Ours has been very hyper, but since I started this it has really helped majorly. What I did was speak very firmly and take a stance above her letting her know I'm the master. Now I'm able to play with her and she still respects me. Before I babied her too much and she had no respect for me. I am having a hard time with her outside though. She loves to run where she pleases and it scares me because we live on a busy road. I don't know if any of that helped! The great thing with Jack Russells is they are sooo smart. We've taught her to sit and we put food on her nose and she's not allowed to get it until we tell her to. I'm sure we could teach her more, but I've got three kids who need more training than her at this point!!!;)
