I have some like-new curriculum and a Paypal account that is linked to my debit card. I have only used Paypal to buy, never to sell. What are the steps I need to take to sell some curriculum here. (I'm not ready for the larger world:001_smile:) I want to do this right and not disappoint any buyers.

Thanks,
Lisa

Lisa it's easy.

Just post your items on the For Sale board. Make sure you're as thorough in your descriptions as possible.

If you get a buyer just send them the email address you use for your paypal account and they'll send you payment that way.

If you only have a personal account make sure you list that you'll only accept non cc paypal so they know that you won't take paypal paid with credit or debit cards. You can take those payments if you want but with a personal account you're only allowed 5 a year and you'll be charged a fee for receiving money that way. If they pay with instant transfer or echeck you won't be charged a fee.

If you have a business or premier paypal account then it doesn't matter you can take all payment methods and will be charged a fee no matter how they pay.

After they pay, pack up the items and use paypal to print the shipping label, that way you can just stick it out with your outgoing mail and won't have to make a trip to the PO.

If you ever want to take the money out of your paypal account and put it in your bank account you'll have to make sure you have a bank account linked to it and then can do a withdrawl right to your bank account. If you'd rather not have a bank account attached to your paypal account you can request a check but I believe there is a fee for that.
