We're having a discussion in our house as to which is the most popular. Please choose YOUR favorite.

My seven year old would just say yes. He LOVES all pickles. I love bread and butter though. And I am the mommy so it is my vote that counts. Well at least on this for now.

Dill--Vlassic is the only kind of dill. Sweet is nasty and bread and butter is only good on hamburgers.
Dill all the way, especially on peanut butter and grape jelly sandwhiches...;)

What? I might have agreed if I was pregnant...

Haven't been pregnant in 12 years and I won't ever get pregnant again and I still eat this.. along with Miracle Whip and Banana sandwhiches...
I also eat rice and over easy eggs. ;)

You'd love my Dad's favorites. He was always making strange combinations.
One of his regulars was to take Spam (yuck!) slather it with peanut butter, add Miracle Whip (another yuck!) and sliced sweet pickles.
Oh, my!
I can't stand Miracle Whip. Until I was 8 years old I thought I hated Mayonnaise (because that's what my family called Miracle Whip.) I distinctly remember the moment I tasted my first real mayo.
I sat at the table at my Aunt's house, dreading the tuna sandwich she was preparing for my lunch. I was taught to eat what you were served without complaint (at least at someone else's house. ;) ) I can remember the taste of that first bite, and the first time I asked for a second tuna sandwich!

Nothing would ever get me to eat spam--that's nasty stuff...
And tuna sandwhiches get mayo and ranch dressing with chopped up pickles in it. ;)

I like sweet pickles in tuna salad (made with Miracle Whip). I also like slices of sweet pickle tucked inside grilled cheese sandwiches.

For about a year, I've had pickle cravings! After much "research," I only eat Claussen dills (the little ones are the best--halves are gross and large ones, well, too large). Sometimes I actually just go to the store for them and nothing else.
Weird, huh?

Dill! Hate the sweet ones. They're just wrong.

Does Dill include Sours? I love a big crunchy/juicy sour pickle. Used to get them from big Oak barrels at our butcher's when I was little. My mouth is watering just thinking of it.

Bread and butter! I like pickles in small doses, so a couple of bread and butter slices hit the spot with me.

I like sweet AND bread n butter. But if I had to choose only one, it would be BnB.
Since rec's on this board, pickles have been one of the products i am buying HFCS-free. Mount Olive pickles are about the only 'regular' brand that makes the cut w/o spending $$$$ on organic. But i haven't bought sweet or BnB pickles in a loooong time, so i can't say whether MO's sweet/ BnB pickles are also HFCS-free. I'll hafta look next time i'm at the store.....

I like to eat dill - especially Polski Wyrobs. But I must have sweet for salads and burgers.

I like dill wrapped with ham. (sometimes w/ cream cheese) http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/eatdrink053.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)Otherwise, I like bread and butter. This will make an interesting taste test for my kids. They love to do this! We chose Coke Zero over Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet RC. They were just excited to get cola! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/bounce020.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)

They each have their place though.
Dills for sandwiches
Dills for eating
Sweet for relishes, cold salads and tuna.
Mini sweets for relish trays
BB for eating and warm sandwiches, hamburgers

Gag! I am one of the world's least choosey eaters -- I really, really (or is that rilly, rilly?) am. But, I have never learned to like sweet pickles, and b&b is just a sweet pickle in a different outfit.
Dill me baby!

It was pretty good. I like dills better, though. Especially my father-in-law's homemade dills.:)
And they have to be baby-sized kosher dills.

I like all pickles: the big dills from pickle barrel that made my teeth squeak when I was little, dill chips piled on hamburgers, homemade bread and butter pickles from my garden cukes, pickled cauliflower, pickled jalapeno okra, and a bowl of tiny gherkins on the thanksgiving table.

related pickle question: Where do you find pickles that don't have artificial coloring? That drives me crazy.
