The one thing that the story doesn't tell you is that the judge who is hearing the case, and is also the judge on Dr. Schneider's criminal case, is 100 years old. He still runs a tight ship and when a lawyer starts to repeat himself, he'll call the lawyer on it.

Well, my dad is "young" at only 86 but he just won the "Bocce ball championship" and the "shuffleboard championship" at their retirement community! Actually I'm really proud of him because when I was growing up he was such a workaholic that he never had any hobbies or non-work related interests.

She's still going strong! Attends a senior group every Sunday, does aerobics, dancing, plays Bingo, remember the names and birthday of ALL her grandkids
(4) AND great-grandkids (soon to be 12!). She really amazes me. Hope she lives to be 100 or more!

I heard a piece on npr years ago about a man who had taught himself to speak yiddish and to play the cello in his 90's!!! I wanna be like him when I grow up!:)
