Teaching Textbooks: is this possible?

I know there are strong feelings both pro and con for TT. For those that use/like it, is it a reasonable possibility to finish Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry in 2 years?

P.S. -- In another thread I read that TT algebra I and algebra II, together, constitute what would be "algebra I" alone in a typical [outside school?] curriculum. When I passed on this bit to my friend, she agreed.
