Yes. It seems to have everything you need. The Appendix has originals to photocopy. I have four chore card clip holders and one plastic binder insert to hold the chore cards you are not using.
ETA: You need your own Card Stock. I used mine.

The other book by a similar name is Managers of Their Homes is still available.
