Summer reading lists....

Want to start a list of good summer reads for teens that might not otherwise fit into a Great Books Curriculum?

I'll start, although I'm pretty brain dead and can't come up with much:
The Giver
The Poisonwood Bible
Till We Have Faces
Catcher in the Rye(dh suggestion)

[Yabusame]

Catcher In The Rye is good, and not at all what I was expecting when I was first lent it by a friend.

I'd also suggest the following:
- The Robe by Lloyd C. Douglas

My ds loves the Ted Dekker books. My dd is also becoming hooked on them.
