Has anyone here used K12 through a charter school for high school. I realize there could be differences between states but any general comments on the curriculum would be appreciated. We are not able to afford to use it independently; for that price we could send her to a local private school.

Thanks,
Janet

I have heard great things about the curriculum and was tempted to do it but I just cannot be "accountable" to someone else...

You school on their calander, must check in daily, you have one day to do the work unless they give you more time. If you go on vacation during the school years, better get a lap top and be prepared to do school on the road.

I like the freedom of homeschooling..it's not worth the *greatness* of the curriculum

Is that real? So cyber charter schooling is not that flexible! Do you know what cyber school your referring for, or in what state?
